Unit price

This Paisley Cotton Robe is handmade using traditional paisley block-print patterns. Block printing is a meticulous process where artisans imprint a cloth using a wooden block with a hand-carved design. The block is dipped in dye and stamped onto the fabric from left to right until the whole cloth is covered with the intended design.

Ten Thousand Villages

Ten Thousand Villages puts people and the planet first and believes that what you wear, use in your home, or give as gifts should be ethically and sustainably made. As a founding fair trade member and nonprofit, the organization addresses economic injustice and has impacted over 100,000 people in 25 developing countries. They have created a way for conscious shoppers to buy socially responsible, handcrafted products and share the joy of empowering makers in over ten thousand villages worldwide. Ten Thousand Villages envisions a day when all artisans in developing countries will earn a fair wage, be treated with dignity and respect, and be able to live a life of quality.
