Beth's Farm Kitchen was established with a dual focus: crafting clean and delicious jellies and chutneys in small, handcrafted batches and supporting the local community in Hudson Valley. The new owners, Jodie Emmett and Guillermo Maciel, predominantly partner with women and family-owned growers. Moreover, they demonstrate social responsibility by providing employment opportunities and education to women, immigrants, BIPOC individuals, and individuals with prior convictions. As an eco-conscious organization, Beth's Farm Kitchen operates a zero-waste facility that strives to maintain a minimal carbon footprint while actively supporting environmental initiatives in the community.
